  • What is your refund policy?
    All transactions once completed and confirmed are not exchangeable or refundable under any circumstances. No refunds or exchanges will be entertained if you do not turn up for your session. For bookings made on third-party websites or mobile apps, we will not be held liable for any errors.
  • Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?
    Once bookings are made, you may have the option to cancel or reschedule on your own by creating an account on our website. If you select to cancel, it does not refund the payment you made, it will just remove you from the session. The other option to reschedule is available when you create an account in our website. Likewise with other entertainment venues (e.g. Cinemas), all transactions once completed and confirmed are not exchangeable or refundable under any circumstances. No refunds or exchanges will be entertained if you do not turn up for your session. For bookings made on third-party websites or mobile apps, we will not be held liable for any errors.
  • What if I accidentally booked the wrong tickets?
    We urge all customers to double check their bookings before checking out. This is also stated at the top of the booking form to ensure bookings without errors. If you booked the wrong date or session, you may have the option to reschedule on your own by creating an account on our website. When the account has been created, there are 2 options, 1 to cancel and 1 to reschedule. Do note that if you select to cancel, it does not refund the payment you made, it will just remove you from the session. If you are unsure on how to reschedule, please contact our customer service via Whatsapp with +65 9694 4094. If you book Entry Only tickets and need rentals, you may choose to top up when you arrive at the counter of our venue. If you book Entry with Rental Tickets but no longer need rentals, refunds for rentals only will not be an available option under any circumstances. For any other circumstances for booking errors, likewise with other entertainment venues (e.g. Cinemas), all transactions once completed and confirmed are not exchangeable or refundable under any circumstances. No refunds or exchanges will be entertained if you do not turn up for your session. For bookings made on third-party websites or mobile apps, we will not be held liable for any errors.
